Ok so when I go to open a text file from bookshare, my whole computer and jaws just slows down and stops basically. then my fan starts humming loudly. this never used to happen before, i'd just download the book and unpack it and read the text file. i open it now and can't cuz everything just goes haywire and i have to restart my laptop. is there any way to stop this from happening? thanks.

you know you just have to unzip it now right? Maybe it's too big for your system to handle? IDK

Yeah janelle, you do realize that it's not unpack anymore but unzip? And I used to have this problem too on my old laptop, so maybe it's just the system taht's not working right and everything. and .... I didn't realize they have txt documents on bookshare? lol. Always thought it was brf's and daisy files.
